Even though I am a medical person, trained and educated on the human body, this am I gained even more knowledge. I never knew there were muscles in some parts of my body that HURT!!!!!!!!!!

Pain is weakness leaving the body
My 15 year old kid put me through the weight room work out and I couldn't raise my hands to wash my hair the next day.
Great story! Keep it up. Love that pain the day after a great workout.
