Todays weigh in...............................down another 2lbs....28lbs weight loss in the last few weeks. I know I am not breaking any records but slow and steady always wins.
Rough week at work several long days (16hrs) and several days in a row (6) did my workout though and did on little sleep.

28!!!!! Great. You have got to feel good about that. Keep it up. You can do it.
I always slow down when I have a messed up work week, especially when I have to do a 12 hour NOC shift on the heels of my usual day shift without being given a chance at a nap.
28 is a great number and down is down great job!
Heck, I'm happy when I lose 5 pounds in a month. Great job.
