Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah I know a little over the top .........................but maybe not...........4lbs down this week. I have been following Weight Watchers but kinda doing my own thing. I eat less than they say to and I watch my cals/fat and carbs, everything that they say not to do. I am walking everyother days and doing the C25K. Oh and I cut WAAAAAAY back on the diet soda. One per day and tons of good old H2O.

Good for you. I use fitday.com to track my intake and it also tracks my weight and my activity, so kind of a one-stop shop.
